Monday is coming to a close. What have you done today, to improve your mental, physical, or spiritual health? Oh yeah, health is about a lot more than being thin:) I want to help you navigate through many of the tough spots in your life that act as a deterrent to you getting healthy. How can you get over this hump, and start leading the life that you can be proud of?

ReplyDeleteYou are really an inspiration to all your friends and people from all walks of life. Personally you have inspired me and I have change the way I used to care about myself and others. First of all I volunteer for young adults with Juvenile Diabetics to help them fight the decease by encourage them to walk, that along makes me feel great. In addition I walk a minimum of 5 miles per day for the cause and for general health. In 30 days I lost 50 ugly pounds and could not feel any better than I ever felt for years. Your continue encouragement is always appreciated. Have a wonderful day!
