I actually LOVE my size, I think it's perfect for my height! I am 6'0 and I weight 155 - 160 and I am perfect size 8...sometimes 6 depending on how often I run that month :-) I am in overall great health, I don't eat red meat or pork, incorporate lots of whole grains, nothing white or enriched, no high fructose corn syrup, artificial sweeteners....I read ingredients!
My ONLY thing is MY LEGS!!! I need more definition in my legs and calves!! Your workout this weekend was excellent! I run, do P90X and I just don't get the definition I am looking for! Help Please!
I would choose to be in perfect health over perfect size because I really don't know what the definition of a perfect size would be. I can always get into better shape, but years of damage could severely affect my health. Although, I do constantly pursue getting to the size I think I look my best.
Yes, you do have an amazing physique! I can tell you work hard to eat right and workout. I would recommend adding machine resistance once a week for your legs. Doing this should allow your leg muscles to 'pop' a little more:) Let me know if it works.
